Wally can be a real jerk. But he's maybe the most loyal person I've ever met. That's why he was mad when he thought you were replacing Roy, and it's why he's mad now. Because he thinks you didn't trust him, or need him, or something. I don't know.

But I do know he likes you when you're not butting heads. Like back in Bialya, before he remembered he was supposed to be stubborn about everything. You guys work well together.

And if we're being honest against our better judgment: he likes you so much I'm actually jealous sometimes.

The point is if he didn't like you, he wouldn't have been that hurt. And that's how I know he still wants everything to be okay.
